Zusammenfassung

Belastungsuntersuchungen sind heute ein integraler Bestandteil sportmedizinischer Untersuchungen. Sie erlauben einen differenzierten Einblick in die Leistungsfähigkeit und die Reaktionsbandbreite von gesunden und kranken, trainierten und untrainierten Personen. Es sind Prüfverfahren zur Untersuchung physiologischer und pathophysiologischer Merkmale der Leistungsfähigkeit, mit dem Ziel, möglichst genaue Angaben über die Ausprägung leistungsrelevanter Merkmale zu liefern sowie Erkrankungen auszuschließen bzw. differenzialdiagnostisch abzuklären.
