Primärpräventiver Nutzen regelmäßiger körperlicher Aktivität

Zusammenfassung

Die Evidenz zum primärpräventiven Nutzen regelmäßiger körperlicher Aktivität auf nicht übertragbare chronische Erkrankungen beruht überwiegend auf epidemiologischen Studien. Randomisierte kontrollierte Studien (RCTs) sind in der Minderzahl und beschränken sich zumeist auf die Untersuchung intermediärer Endpunkte und Surrogatparameter (z.B. kardiovaskuläre Risikofaktoren, VO2max, Knochendichte, HbA1c). Aufgrund der enormen Anzahl publizierter Studienberichte wird die Evidenz zu den wichtigsten Krankheitsbildern bzw. Gesundheitsendpunkten auf Basis aktueller systematischer Reviews, Meta-Analysen sowie großer singulärer Kohorten- bzw. RCTs zusammengefasst.
