Zusammenfassung

Die Kohlenhydrate sind der wichtigste Energieträger im Belastungsstoffwechsel. Energetisch verwertbar ist ausschließlich die Glukose. Alle anderen Saccharide müssen zu Glukose aufgeschlossen werden, um Energie in Form von ATP liefern zu können.
