Abstract
Because of the particular conditions in which extravasations occur, -several relevant questions have not been answered satisfactorily or indeed at all. Even if no solution to outstanding questions may be expected in the near future, this chapter is aiming to raise awareness for one thing: we have an awful lot of work ahead of us!
