Zusammenfassung
Die Familie ist heute nicht mehr monotypisch; in China wurden zwei neue Sippen entdeckt, welche als Sinadoxa corydahfolia C. Y. Wu et al. und Adoxa omeiensis Hara (= Tetradoxa omeiensis [Hara] C. Y. Wu) beschrieben wurden (1).
