Abstract
If not explicitly agreed otherwise, throughout this chapter we shall assume that Γ is a closed curve, i.e., it is an oriented curve bordering some set FΓ+ and consists of finitely many pairwise disjoint, simple, closed Lyapunov curves. Moreover, suppose that \(0 \in F_{\Gamma }^{ + }\).
