Zusammenfassung
Beim Entwurf mikroelektronischer Schaltungen ist u.a. das elektrische Verhalten des Schaltkreises zu simulieren. Mathematisch ist hierzu ein System von Algebro—Differentialgleichungen zu lösen. Da die Anzahl der Gleichungen und in engem Zusammenhang die der Transistoren groß und die Schaltungen strukturiert sind, bieten sich für die Simulation diakoptische Methoden an. Für die Illustrierung der Größenordnungen sei eräwhnt, daß mit dem Netzwerksimulator MAGNUS [1] u.a. eine Teilschaltung eines 4M—Bit—Speichers mit über 30 000 Transistoren simuliert worden ist.
