Abstract

We propose a nonlinear adaptive control of a biological system involving the hormonal coupling between adreno-cortical hormones and vasopressin. Designing this control requires successive nonlinear parameter estimations subject to biological positivity constraints of the hormonal concentrations and mathematical constraints on the parameters to estimate.
