Zusammenfassung
Es werden — aufbauend auf Kapitel 2 — die für die biologischen Wirkungen wichtigsten Wechselwirkungsprozesse beschrieben und quantitativ behandelt. Besonders wird hierbei der Anteil geladener Teilchen (bei ionisierender Strahlung) herausgestellt. Dabei werden grundsätzliche Ansätze zur Bestimmung ihrer Reichweite und der energieabhängigen Fluenzverteilung vorgestellt.
