Zusammenfassung
Im Herbst 1862 begann Cantor das Studium an der Universität Zürich. Er wurde am 9.10.1862 an der philosophischen Fakultät immatrikuliert. Die Matrikelbücher verzeichnen seinen Vornamen als Georg, aber auch als George und Jost. Seinen Wohnsitz nahm Cantor in Zürich bei Professor Graeffe in der Kuttelgasse [216].
