Abstract
We consider the following plane BVP with a formally selfadjoint elliptic differential operator L of second order and mixed boundary conditions:
with \(\mathop \cup \limits_{i = 1}^3 \left| \!{\overline {\, {_i } \,}} \right. = \left. {\overline {\, {} \,}}\! \right| : = \partial \Omega\) For the sake of brevity, the symbol x of the point \(x = (x_1 ,\,x_2 )^T \in R^2\) is often omitted, and, instead of (2.1.1), we briefly write
