Abstract
Combination of drugs may imply combination of two compounds in one formulation, application of two drugs in separate formulations at the same time, and application of two drugs with a certain time interval. No doubt such combinations may bring about complications because of the various possibilities of interaction between the drugs combined. A consequence of the interaction may be an enhancement or a reduction in the action. Drug interactions are manifold and their therapeutic consequences form a topic of high actuality [21a, 21b, 54, 56, 69, 70, 71, 80, 80a, 83a, 101, 102, 127a, 127b].
