Das Klopfen an der Tür war so leise, daß ich zuerst annahm, es rühre nur vom Wind her. Daher ignorierte ich es. Aber es wiederholte sich — jetzt ein bißchen lauter —, und ich öffnete. Vor mir stand Mrs. Hudsons Tochter Angela, die offenbar in Not war.
