Abstract
In this paper the experiences of calculating pharmacokinetic parameters will be presented. The pharmacokinetic is the theory of the distribution of medicine in the body, where the rates of exchange between compartments of the body are of special interest. Two simple methods are represented, where on one hand the rates of exchange are calculated and on the other hand hints for model-verification are gained.
