Zusammenfassung

Die dänische Energiepolitik räumt Umweltbelangen und der Errichtung einer nachhaltigen Energieversorgung offiziell höchste Priorität ein (Dänisches Ministerium für Umwelt und Energie, 1996). Darin unterscheidet sie sich von den Politikansätzen der meisten anderen Industriestaaten, wo wirtschaftliche Überlegungen und die Sicherung der Versorgung normalerweise Vorrang haben. Im Bereich konkreter praktischer Maßnahmen jedoch hinkt die dänische Energiepolitik hinter ihren offiziellen Absichtserklärungen hinterher.
