Abstract

In this work we give a summary of the results obtained by the study of cristallization kinetics of various samples of polypropylenes.

Important differences have been noted with regard to the cristallization rates and activation energies.

The study shows the importance of some parameters such as: thermal history of the sample, molecular weights, isotacticity, amount of catalytic residue and cooling rate.
