Abstract
We have constructed a nucleon-nucleon potentiel(1) which possesses:
-
i)
a fundamental theoretical long and medium range part.
-
ii)
a short range soft core, the parameters of which are adjusted to fit all the nucleon nucleon phases (J ≤ 6) up to 350 MeV as well as the deuteron parameters.
-
iii)
an energy dependence which, to a good approximation, is linear. This simple energy dependence can be, in turn, easily transformed into a velocity dependence.
