Der Winkel wird in der Analysis stets im Winkelmaß gemessen, sofern das Gegenteil nicht ausdrücklich vermerkt ist. Der so gemessene analytische Winkel läuft von — ∞ bis ∞, wobei den Werten des analytischen Winkels, die sich um 2π unterscheiden, derselbe geometrische Winkel entspricht.
