Zusammenfassung

Die vorliegende Arbeit greift eine in der Literatur selten benutzte Methode de la Vallée Poussin’s, mit der er sehr elegant die Bernsteinschen Sätze über die beste Approximation bewiesen hat, auf und beschäftigt sich mit Verallgemeinerungen und Erweiterungen seiner Ergebnisse (siehe [7], S. 53 – 62).
