The Power of the Terroir: the Case Study of Prosecco Wine

Abstract

A zonation study, as noted in the previous chapters, presupposes a multi-disciplinary approach that is capable of identifying and interrelating among themselves soil characteristics, weather conditions, topographic features, biological elements (grape varieties and rootstocks) and human factors (historical and cultural) that are particular to an individual growing area.
