Abstract
Here we study in detail and in the three subsequent chapters the properties of eigenvalues and eigenvectors of scalar matrices with quasiseparable order one. For such matrices one can use quasiseparable generators with orders equal to one. This means that here quasiseparable generators are complex numbers.
