Abstract

We recall that a Steiner quadruple system of order v is a 3-(v,4,1) design; in the following these will be denoted by SQS(v). As we have seen in Chapter 1, Example 1.11, there exists for d ≥ 2 always the SQS(2d) consisting of the points and planes of AG(d, 2).
