Abstract

This study is designed to identify key success factors of business transformation across different industries, create and validate scale, and formulate the success development models, all using the business transformation readiness index (BTRI). It begins with a meta-analysis of the literature covering the key success factors of business transformation and organisational changes. Using the findings of the meta-analysis, a conceptual model of the success of business transformation is developed. It involves the revision of those existing theories in organisational change, as well as knowledge management and business transformation with updated environmental variables.
