Abstract
For too long the solutions to increasing women in leadership included assertiveness training, mentoring, advice on power dressing, and voice coaching—in short, fixing women to fit into organizations and cultures built by and for men. Ann Keeling and Roopa Dhatt offer a vision for challenging power and privilege in global health leadership and transforming global health to be gender equitable and, therefore, fit for women.
