Abstract

With the development of industrial technology in China, China’s machinery manufacturing technology is developing in the direction of digitalization and automation, which plays an important role in China’s manufacturing industry. Numerically-controlled machine tools can develop certain mapping relations between workpiece and machine coordinate system by measurement of computer vision system and identifying the position of workpiece in the airport and then the movement trajectory of the cutters can be concluded for processing of the workpiece. Firstly, the paper discusses the basic overview of the visual system CNC parts processing and detection technology, and then the composition of the visual inspection system of CNC parts processing, and the specific application of the visual system of CNC parts processing and monitoring technology are discussed, hoping to improve the processing technology of CNC parts in China to provide some reference.
