Abstract

Information and communication technologies (ICT) have influenced almost every area of human activity and every part of their daily lives in today’s world. It has also reduced physical and time limits and has easily described one attention and has a lot of developments in the teaching process. For instance, the Course Management System (CMS) is a structured system for handling the registration and enrollment of a new student as well as classes in the course. To prevent the risk of data loss and overcome the dilemma of current systems, this computerized system can store and back up all the data in the database. The paper aims to build a stable yet reliable framework for end-users. In addition, to address the issue in current systems, this paper outlines the evaluation and implementation of a CMS. This initiative would allow the university to expand its reach by reducing costs, minimizing operator errors, and saving time. The proposed Course Management Systems & administrator would, however, be able to manage the course, register new students, and reset the student password. Many advantages have been provided by the proposed system, including portability, remarkable flexibility, and so on. By using personal interview and online questionaries, the finding has shown CMS has become safe and it concludes that the general age is excellent and reduce time waste, degrade paper base work, and encourage to use online-based course registration and online learning platform and what functions and features the system could have.
