Abstract

A 72-year-old female presented with a history of multiple previous endoscopic sinus surgeries who was evaluated by an outside otolaryngologist for a soft tissue mass within the right frontal recess. Her primary complaints were excessive tearing, progressive blurry vision, occasional diplopia when looking down, and headache. The otolaryngologist attempted to biopsy the mass intraoperatively but was unable to gain adequate exposure.
