This chapter includes drug class, brand/trade names, manufacturer, dosage, indications, contraindications/cautions, adverse effects, drug Interactions, pregnancy advice, lactation safety, relative cost of deferoxamine, deferasirox, penicillamine, trientine, tetrathiomolybdate, zinc sulfate, imiglucerase (glucocerebrosidase), velaglucerase alfa (glucocerebrosidase), taliglucerase alfa, miglustat, eliglustat.
