Abstract
The German “Master Craftsman Qualification Certificate” Examination is the most important exam in German handicraft vocational education. It reflects the spirit of German craftsmanship and the criteria for selecting talents in vocational education. Implementation, you can understand the function, operating mechanism, characteristics, reform directions of the “Master Craftsman Qualification Certificate” exam, and it can be used for the identification of domestic social vocational skill levels and further advance the certification of talents. It is of great significance to promote industrial upgrading and high-quality development.
