Abstract
The objective of the research is to examine the efficacy of ability improvement programs of Management Game (MG), as well as studying their influencing factors. It is understood that in order to access the functional benefits of educational services that facilitate ability building, experience, and accumulation of knowledge are indispensable. It leads to improvements in cognitive abilities as well as non-cognitive skills, given that there is a substantial amount of MG experience. The severity of the resulting benefit delay differs according to the type of ability for which the improvement is aimed for (improvements in non-cognitive skills appear to be slower than those for cognitive ability.
