Abstract
The demand on the innovation of enterprise services are rapidly increased. There are various modeling methods that can be applied to design digital transformation of services. However, there are few visual modeling methods to design innovations. Without consistent visual modeling methods, it is difficult to integrate service innovations and digital transformations. In this chapter, we propose a Model Based Jobs Theory (MBJT) which can visually model the Jobs Theory of Christensen. Moreover, we examine the applicability of MBJT by designing an e-Healthcare service.
