Abstract

In this chapter, we present basic concepts of dermatology to articulate skin anatomy with clinical aspects in psychodermatology, with special emphasis on the morphological terms and the distribution of the lesions, of relevance for general medicine, helping to approach a patient presenting skin symptoms linked with psychopathology.
