Abstract

United States’ criminal law relating to computer crimes is covered in sufficient detail to provide the reader with a working knowledge of the law. The laws are covered in sections beginning with general cybercrime laws and proceeding to identity theft, copyright, laws protecting children, and then individual state laws. When possible, exact citations of the law are provided as well as brief analysis.
