Abstract
This chapter gives an introduction to the objectives of a Digital Transformation Program. It describes the need for objectives, and the characteristics of objectives. The chapter shows why executive involvement in developing Digital Transformation objectives is essential. It shows that objectives in different organisations are likely to be different. It gives examples of objectives for one organisation.
