Abstract
The Digital Transformation (DT) of an organisation will affect many of its functions and be expected to lead to benefits in many functions. As a result, it should be addressed with a cross-functional, organisation-wide Digital Transformation Program, run with a Project Management approach. This chapter focuses on Project Management in the context of an organisation’s Digital Transformation Program.
