Abstract

The purpose of this research project was to: (1) study the factors that influence the efficiency of the operations of One Tambon One Product (OTOP) in Rayong province and to (2) study the guidelines for increasing the operational efficiency of One Tambon One Product in Rayong. The collection of research data was taken from the entire population of OTOP in Rayong Province. The research included a total of 271 people with an analysis of data upon finding the percentage, mean, and standard deviation of the results, discussed below.

The results of the study of factors affecting the performance improvement of entrepreneurs concluded that the top 4 most important factors were Key Activities, Value Proposition, Key Resources, and Cost Structure, all of which had a high level of impact.

The researcher presents the results as a guideline for increasing the efficiency of the operation One Tambon One Product in Rayong with two plans; one with short-term guidelines and one with long-term guidelines.
