Abstract

The article deals with the current state of health and safety policy at work in the Slovak Republic. It discusses the issues of law in Slovakia and abroad in the field of occupational safety and health. It addresses possible approaches to the adoption of occupational safety and health policy in companies. The article describes specifically possible strategies for reducing workplace risk and danger. The present document deals with the prevention and possibilities of reducing risks and increasing workplace safety. It focuses working conditions and risk factors in mining company. It specifies the adverse effects on workers in the mining enterprise. It evaluates specific risk factors such as dust and noise in the mining company. It points to the adoption of occupational safety and health management solutions.
