In hundreds of studies published every year, the intake of the whole-bread indicates a major alleviative effect that reduces the incidence of many morbidities. The data presented in this chapter based on hundreds of wide scaled epidemiological studies with more than 37 million observations. Such a widespread presentation is required to convince the people to consume whole-wheat bread for the refined-flour bread.
