Abstract
This book has been designed to be of relevance to teachers in post, teacher trainers, pre-service teachers, curriculum developers, CPD providers, educational researchers and educational policy makers. The structure of this book contains acknowledged experts in the fields of food education and contributing chapters supported as far as possible by evidence from actual experiences and research. The target audience are teachers, trainee teachers, and teacher educators but will also be relevant to educational policy makers, researchers and potential researchers.
