Abstract
For all readers it is a useful exercise to perform the omitted details of the proofs. I recommend also some lengthy but useful homeworks an ambitious graduate student should be able to perform successfully. I would like to encourage the reader also to write their own programs and play through different funny scenarios around the examples given.
