Abstract

At its heart, the business case for love is a simple one. If employees love what they do and the company they work for, they will have a memorable employee experience. Love on the inside leads to love on the outside, through creating memorable customer experiences. When this happens, customers remain loyal, spend more money and brag about it to others. The company does well and for the right reasons, leading to sustainable growth. This is the philosophy and approach explored within this book. A simple idea, but it needs the right mindset from those at the top of business. Some have it and work hard at creating the right culture. Some do not, leaving their employees and customers brokenhearted.
