Abstract
In the present article, shows up the integral process of the ship’s newbuilding supervision, beginning by the analysis of the initial projects documentation, the legal and normative aspects, together with the technical elements; that it necessarily incorporate, in the construction process inside the Shipyards. Equally, are exposed some practical examples of the ship’s newbuilding process, from the point of view of the class’s and owner’s supervisor, based on the authors’s experience, to have participated during their professional work in this specific type of supervision.
