Abstract

In this paper, we propose a conceptualization of knowledge of infectious disease simulation models. This model is intended to annotate a set of qualitative and quantitative simulation models to automate their composition in a process of simulation of the spread of infectious diseases. We propose a use case illustrating the use of the ontological model for the annotation of two schistosomiasis simulation models.
