Abstract

The article describes the developed methods of post-harvest processing of grain with drying cells and disinfection from pathogenic microflora. Also shown is a functional diagram of the work of the developed unit, built into the existing lines for post-harvest grain processing. Samples of installations for microwave convective processing of grain developed on the basis of theoretical and experimental studies on the distribution of thermal fields in the grain layer during microwave convective heating are also translated.
