Abstract

Despite the large number of studies of the processes of heat and moisture transfer during the heat treatment of grain, the issues of intensification and energy saving do not lose their relevance. Development of equipment involves the study of the mechanisms of these processes and operation modes of the equipment. Different processes such as drying, disinfection, micronization, etc. involve different control criteria. In this paper, the driving forces of these processes, their relationship, as well as the results of the experiment are described to assess their energy intensity.
