Abstract
This chapter outlines a proposal for a methodological approach consisting of four fundamental moments, called prelude, quantitative approach, qualitative approach and proposal of an integrating vision. These moments have the purpose of guiding the way of auscultation on the predominant aspects of the graduate teaching function according to the perception of those involved. In this sense, they are designed to help any higher education institution that wishes to implement this model of analysis. Finally, the ethical considerations of the study are discussed.

There is a solution for the treatment of databases with lost values that consists of analysing only the cases with complete information in the set of variables. This solution is the default option for most statistical packages and is known as full case analysis (casewise for the set of variables and listwise for pairs of variables).
