Abstract

This paper presents the analytical calculation of the profile relations of a micro-coplanar stripline with a dielectric and a ground plane for the static case. The device consists of a ground plane separated by a dielectric substrate of two conductive strips (tapes) of different lengths. One of the conductors as well as the ground plane is considered to be of infinite lengths. The analysis and synthesis of the device is carried out by means of a physical-mathematical-analytical model based on conformal transformations, on the theory of a complex variable, on the use of electric and magnetic walls, on electromagnetic theory and on a computational numerical calculation. The union of physical, mathematical and computational tools allows the analysis and synthesis of thin film devices and guarantees solutions of the exact analytical type. Three transformations based on the Schwarz-Christoffel transformation were carried out, which made it possible to find a transformation plane to find the profile relations of the Micro-Coplanar Stripline and to obtain the limit for the case of a typical microline.
