Abstract

Relevance of the research topic is due to the existence of sustainable risks in the economic activity of industrial enterprises, including risks of financial losses arising from a manufacturer at implementation of the overall strategy, which necessitates: implementation of the management support function in corporate and administrative practice; formation of measures to prevent damage; minimization (exclusion) of loss risks. The aim of the study is to develop recommendations for improving the risk management system as a tool for effective management of development at the engineering enterprise. Where the risk management system (hereinafter referred to as RMS) is considered as a set of processes carried out by management within the overall strategy of the enterprise. Methodology of project studies was used as a methodological basis and heuristic basis of the research process. Subject of research—risk management system of a machine-building enterprise. In the course of the study it is determined that: in the practice of domestic enterprises, the RMS is most often three-tier and minimizes risks of damage are formed in terms of prevention: failure of counterparties to perform their obligations; improper performance of contractual obligations by counterparties. It is proved that at present in operating activities of domestic enterprises most often represented: sustainable risks of disruptions of supply resources, and as a consequence—growth in the level of expenses; risks of financial losses. Based on what solutions are proposed for the future.
