Abstract
The main principle of formation of the investment budget for implementation of projects is project financing, i.e. long-term targeted financing within which inefficient management is possible, which determines the relevance of research topic. Subject of research is the problem of management of investment projects in terms of planning of operational budgets, monitoring of expenditure of own and attracted financial resources, ensuring the safety of project implementation at the stage of attracting partners through outsourcing and outstaffing. Methodology of project studies is used as a methodological and heuristic basis of the research process. Formation of proposals for organization of work is based on the objectives of minimizing risks of causing damage and achieving KPI of projects. The goal is to regulate the process of management of investment projects of business units; formation of an investment program within “controlled area”. Study proposes: timely forecasting and identification of risks during execution of a project, not defined during the planning phase; control over the achievement of process objectives and regulation of business processes; development of a documented process of project management; actions to minimize risks of infringement of rights of a patent holder, etc.
