Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study the specifics of digitalization processes in various sectors of the national economy. Authors consider invasion tendencies of digital technologies into public life.
In particular, article deals with the integration of virtual economy in Russia and countries of the Eurasian Economic Union. It is noted that the implementation of digital technologies directly affects the growth of national welfare and material profit of traditional forms of management.
Authors used scientific, research and interdisciplinary approaches to achieve this goal. The main methods of research were analysis and synthesis, methods of statistical analysis of information.
Revealed difference between integration of digital technologies in the business and the actual state of human resource management. In addition, the real need to implement digital technologies in the future for future generations is verified. Emphasized the fact that companies using the digital economy in their activities are more successful and competitive, in particular in the media, banking, education spheres, industrial and extractive industries. Issues of transition of enterprises from traditional model to technological one through integration of Digital and HR-strategies and their incorporation into the mechanism of functioning of the organization are considered separately.
It is concluded that process of digitization of human resources services will allow to implement a competence-based approach in providing organizations with qualified personnel as a long-term investment.
The ubiquity of digitalization in various sectors of the economy and public life is noted as a potential for increasing labor productivity, capitalization, resource efficiency, competitiveness and quality of life.
Innovation of conducted research lies in the substantiation of the need to implement a competence-based approach to digitalization in various spheres of scientific knowledge, mainly in management of human resources.
